1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Designify's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our service.

2. Use License

When you purchase credits and use Designify's services, you are granted the following rights:

• Full commercial and personal usage rights for all AI-generated designs
• The ability to modify and adapt the generated designs for your needs
• Permission to use the designs in both digital and physical formats

However, you may not:

• Resell or redistribute the generated designs as-is through any marketplace
• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Designify platform or its software
• Share or transfer your account access to others
• Use the service to generate content that violates our content policies
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the platform

While you own the rights to your generated designs, Designify retains all rights to its platform, software, and underlying technology.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure your account information is accurate and up-to-date
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Use a strong and secure password

4. Service Usage and Limitations

Our service uses AI technology to transform interior design images. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

• Results may vary and are not guaranteed
• Processing times may vary based on system load
• We reserve the right to limit usage during peak times
• Generated designs are subject to our fair use policy

5. Payment Terms

For credit packages, you agree to pay all fees according to the prices in effect at the time of purchase. Credits are non-refundable and will remain valid indefinitely once purchased. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge all fees to your payment method for the credit package you select.

Each credit allows you to generate one AI design. The number of credits required per design may vary based on the complexity and features used. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and packages at any time, but any credits already purchased will not be affected by such changes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Designify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Designify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
